I am a 24-year-old, self-proclaimed (but not “official”) Bay Area writer. Two years ago I graduated with a BA in English, minored in creative writing, and promptly dropped off the writing block to focus on real-world “priorities,” aka: full-time employment. As a girl, I spent much of my free time buried in hand-written journals and fictional books. Ultimately I wanted to be a published and well-recognized writer. Dare I say: famous! And now, with rediscovered energy and a bit of motivation, I am vowing to utilize my passion for the written word once again. For now, in the form of blogs. In the future, short stories and non-fictional essays. Possibly in the form of a novel. Hopefully. That is, if I can stick with it. Which I will. So here’s to life and figuring it all out!
